We make every piece is made by hand, printed, assembled, and packed with care. We want you to love what you receive, and we're here to make things right if something goes wrong.
About 3D Printed Products
All our products are 3D printed, which means each piece is built up layer by layer and that's part of what makes them special. Because of this process, no two prints are exactly alike.
You may notice subtle things like faint layer lines, slight surface texture, or small seam marks where the print starts or ends. These are natural, expected characteristics of the craft, not flaws. We think of them the same way you might appreciate the grain in handmade woodwork or the brush texture in a painting.
We take pride in our quality and inspect every piece before it ships. If something looks genuinely wrong, we want to know.
How to Request a Return or Refund
- Email us at makeandmatter.store@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order
- Include your order number and a clear photo and video of the issue
- We'll respond within 1 to 2 business days with next steps
Return shipping for defective or incorrect items will be covered by us. For all other cases, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
